International Freight Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven professional to drive international freight sales. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a proven track record in logistics sales, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires proactive business development, pricing strategy alignment, and end-to-end coordination of shipments.

  • Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market intelligence.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for international freight volumes and revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with importers, exporters, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
  • Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
  • Stay updated on shipping line schedules, rates, space availability, and market trends.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of shipments.

• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field.

• Proven experience in international freight sales or logistics.

• Strong understanding of international shipping, Incoterms, and global trade practices.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated with a strong customer focus.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
