Job Title: Export Sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Sales Executive to drive international sales and expand our presence in global markets. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in export sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and adapt to diverse cultural and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

International Sales & Business Development

- Identify, research, and develop new international business opportunities and markets.
- Generate leads, pitch products, and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, importers, and key clients worldwide.

Order & Documentation Management

- Prepare and process export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, certificates of origin, etc.).
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping partners for timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and export documentation requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in export sales / international business development (preferably in FMCG, skincare, cosmetics, or manufacturing).
- Knowledge of export documentation, customs regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Preferred

- Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, or FMCG export markets.
- Understanding of global shipping methods and freight forwarding.
