JOB PURPOSE

This role is pivotal in identifying, developing, and expanding our export customer base across global markets for fresh produce (fruits and vegetables). With a strong focus on international sales strategy and client relationship management, the executive contributes directly to export revenue growth and fosters robust, long-term partnerships with overseas clients. Additionally, the role involves seamless coordination with internal teams for order fulfillment, leveraging market intelligence for strategic advantage, and ensuring compliance with international trade norms.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and develop new export market opportunities for fresh produce.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring high service levels.

- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, operations, supply chain) for seamless order

execution.

- Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment, proactively managing shipments and resolving issues.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform export strategy.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet export targets and grow market share.

- Manage export documentation and ensure compliance with trade regulations and quality

standards.

- Maintain sales records and generate reports using MS Excel for analysis and tracking.

Education, Experience & Skills

- Excellent communication & articulation

- Prior experience managing or dealing with international clients/markets is a plus

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively and proactively collaborate across functions.

- Strong teamwork orientation with a focus on achieving shared objectives.

- Freshers with a strong hold on spoken English can also apply.
