Job Title: Global Air Freight Manager

This role is pivotal in overseeing and developing a team of up to 35 professionals, including team leaders and administrative support staff. The successful candidate will be expected to lead the process, identify training needs for employees, and provide ongoing feedback and support to enhance performance.

The position involves overseeing departmental activities and ensuring effective collaboration with other site functions and corporate offices/regions. It also entails managing internal and external communication effectively.

This role requires a high level of proficiency in verbal and written English, outstanding communication skills across multiple levels of management, excellent work ethics, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Additionally, mid-level Microsoft Office skills are necessary (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Prior experience in transitioning operational processes for more than 50 full-time equivalents is highly valued.
