Job Title: Ocean and Air Product Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development and growth of our Ocean and Air product vertical in India. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants to take on a transformative role and shape the future of global trade.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ocean freight, with at least 15 years of experience in a top freight forwarder or carrier. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to travel locally, nationally, and internationally.

Beyond their technical expertise, the successful candidate will be able to think strategically and bring new ideas to the table. They will be responsible for building and scaling our Ocean and Air product vertical, including managing a large team of leaders and developing relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Ocean and Air product vertical
  • Manage a large team of leaders, including sales, marketing, and operations professionals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to achieve them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in ocean freight, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to travel locally, nationally, and internationally
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
