Financial Analysts play a crucial role in an organization's success. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models to forecast performance and make informed business decisions.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis professional to join our team. This individual will lead the annual budgeting process, conduct financial analysis, and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as excellent communication skills to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning & Forecasting: Develop detailed financial models to forecast performance, identify trends, and assess potential risks and opportunities.
  2. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to support key business decisions and prepare financial performance reports.
  3. Business Partnering & Support: Serve as a financial advisor to business leaders and work closely with departmental leaders to ensure financial targets are met.
  4. Process Improvement & Automation: Continuously evaluate and improve financial planning, reporting, and forecasting processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus).
  • At least [X] years of experience in financial planning & analysis, finance, or a related role, with at least [X] years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Finance, etc.) is a plus.
