Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate with executive teams and department heads to align operational priorities with organizational objectives.
  • Provide analytical support and drive strong relationships across the business, including finance functions and other departments.
  • Analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support decision-making by delivering timely, detailed insights on business performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly management information reports with variance analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Manage working capital to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risks.
  • Identify and address business challenges through proposed solutions and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field from a top-tier institution.
  • 10+ years of experience in managing similar roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of sales and revenue drivers, exceptional leadership, and time management skills.
  • Effective interpersonal communication and team management abilities.
