Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable financial planning and analysis solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their goals and delivering tailored deployment strategies.
  • Manage expectations, mitigate risks, and ensure high client satisfaction and adoption rates.

Operational Excellence

  • Lead project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee team workload and assignments for advanced management services and optimization projects.
  • Ensure quality standards are met, budgets are managed, and measurable return on investment is achieved.
  • Contribute to the refinement of internal methodologies, tools, and accelerators.

The Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or adaptive deployments.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong skills in configuration, scenario modeling, dashboards, reporting, and system integrations within Adaptive Planning.
  • A proven track record of managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working across cultures and time zones.
  • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification is mandatory; Workday Financials and Project Manager certifications are highly valued.
