Role Overview:

  • This is a high impact role within the Finance team, which involves strategic planning, business modelling & data analytics to inform financial decisions.
  • The resource will work closely with stakeholders from multiple groups within the organization and play a key role in our growth strategy.
  • Ambitious individuals who can handle ambiguity and are interested in working for a growth-phase company would be ideal fits for this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-range and annual plans for the company
  • Prepare monthly investor reports
  • Data analysis and interpretation
  • Provide ad-hoc data support
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and present P&Ls
  • Lead a team to achieve goals

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (Qualified/Semi-Qualified) or MBA in Finance
  • 3-5 years of experience in Financial planning & analytics
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Strong hands-on financial modelling skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
