Strategic Talent Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Talent Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for helping our clients reset their talent strategies and deliver exceptional business results through their people.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data validation, reconciliation and analysis
  • Tax and statutory compliance in payroll management
  • Handling payroll-related tax and statutory matters (PF, PT, ESIC and LWF)
  • Preparing and filing documents through government portals
  • Employee query handling and issue resolution
  • Retail benefits management (PF, NPS, Gratuity, Leave encashment, Superannuation fund etc.)
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office, payroll software, and network environment
  • Visiting regulatory authorities for payroll compliance closure
Requirements
  • Education Qualification:
  • MBA in Human Resources or related field
  • Years of Experience Required:
  • At least 1 year of experience in payroll management or related field
