Financial Solutions Advisor

Job Overview:

A Financial Solutions Advisor plays a vital role in collaborating with Relationship Managers to maintain and develop their wealth management business.

The key responsibilities of a Financial Solutions Advisor include:

Wealth Management Strategy:

  • Support Relationship Managers in creating comprehensive financial plans for clients, taking into account client requirements and the firm's strategic approach through a structured process.
  • Provide regular portfolio performance reports to Relationship Managers, highlighting asset allocation and return on investment (ROI).
  • Identify discrepancies between client portfolios and strategic plans, suggesting actionable steps to align the portfolio with the strategic plan.

Opportunity Identification:

  • Identify opportunities within clients' existing portfolios based on product recommendations from various sources, including mutual funds, structured products, market trends, and alternative investments.

Business Development Support:

  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to acquire databases of potential clients.
  • Maintain referral networks.

Client Service and Documentation:

  • Process mutual fund transactions for clients, including non-financial tasks such as bank mandate changes.
  • Execute structured product transactions for clients.
  • Establish brokerage and demat accounts for clients.
