Senior Financial Advisor Role

The primary objective of this role is to acquire and activate new relationships with key distributors, focusing on driving sales volume growth.


To achieve this goal, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, engaging regularly with distributors, and ensuring timely dissemination of product information and updates.


This includes collaborating with distributors on marketing initiatives to enhance EduFund's visibility and mindshare, as well as fostering strong relationships through engagement programs.


In addition, the Senior Financial Advisor will ensure the smooth provision of publicity materials and literature to distributors, while also coordinating with stakeholders to maintain efficient business operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Drive acquisition and activation of new distributors.
  2. Meet regularly with distributors to identify business opportunities.
  3. Engage with distributors to drive sales independently across various products.
  4. Circulate fund updates and product information to partners.
  5. Collaborate with distributors on marketing initiatives.
  6. Foster strong relationships through engagement programs.
  7. Ensure timely provision of publicity materials.
  8. Coordinate with stakeholders.

Requirements:


  • Mandatory NISM V-A certification.
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Positive attitude and strong team culture.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other regional languages an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the financial industry.
