Our company is an Indian conglomerate engaged in the recycling, trading, and manufacturing of metals. With over 40 years of experience, we are a leading scrap recycling and metal trading company.

Our core business involves the trading of all types of metals, including ferrous, non-ferrous, ferro alloys, base metals, and minor metals. We also manufacture TMT bars, structure steels, copper tubes, and aluminum alloys in India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly reports and analysis for senior management.
  • Ensure timely completion of monthly closing and compliance with GAAP regulations.
  • Prepare IndAS compliant consolidated and branch financial statements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
  • Prepare tax audit details and maintain fixed assets registers.
  • Stay updated on latest developments in GAAP and other regulatory compliances.
Required Qualifications

A qualified Chartered Accountant with 1 to 2 years of experience is required for this role.
