Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. This is a key leadership role that requires the ability to provide strategic financial guidance and support to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning cycle exercise, including budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of P&L statements, cash flow, and working capital reports.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders, including management, clients, and external parties.
  • Identify and analyze key stakeholders' needs and expectations, providing strategic solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Engage with the business to provide insights for key decision-making and develop effective client finance solutions.
  • Continuously monitor and improve financial processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Evaluate the need for training and arrange it in a timely manner to upskill the team.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial results and developing effective finance teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
