  • Monthly MIS reports: Assist in preparing internal and investor review reports.
  • Budgeting and forecasting: Build and track budgets, forecasts, and working capital models.
  • AOPs and performance dashboards: Collaborate on achieving operational plans and monitoring performance metrics.
Accounting & Compliance
  • Day-to-day accounting: Handle vendor payments, receivables, and statutory filings.
  • Compliance and audit: Ensure adherence to Ind-AS and regulatory requirements, coordinate audits, and statutory filings.
Cash Flow & Expense Management
  • Cash flow management: Track and manage burn rate, fund utilization, and reconciliation processes.
  • Expense management: Work with external partners for payroll, expense management, and related tasks.
Business Strategy Support
  • Data-driven insights: Partner with founders and ops teams to derive actionable insights from financial data.
  • Pricing and commission modeling: Support pricing strategies, commission modeling, and key business KPIs.

We seek a CA-qualified (preferred) or strong finance/accounting background professional with 2-4 years of experience in high-growth startups or financial services. Essential skills include proficiency in Excel, familiarity with Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
