We're seeking a seasoned financial leader to oversee the preparation of accurate and compliant financial statements, ensure adherence to accounting standards, coordinate with external auditors, and prepare insightful management reports.

Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving strategic business outcomes through data-driven decision making. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic planning and oversight of financial statement preparation
  • Evaluation and implementation of accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaboration with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance and optimal results
  • Analysis and reporting of key performance indicators to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Financial Reporting, preferably in a leadership capacity
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with high attention to detail
Fundamental Skills
  • Deep understanding of financial regulations, including Ind AS and IFRS
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis tools, such as Excel and Tableau
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate insights effectively
