Job Title: Senior Culinary Operations Manager
Job Description:A senior culinary operations manager will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the hotel's kitchen. This role involves managing and leading a team to ensure efficient service delivery, high standards of food quality, and exceptional guest experiences.
- Plan, prepare, and implement menus, recipes, and plating guides in all areas of the restaurant.
- Work closely with the executive chef to develop and maintain high-quality food products, ensuring adherence to established standards and guidelines.
- Maintain all HACCP aspects within the hotel operation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the kitchen, adhering to the highest possible standards.
- Monitor and control food costs, ensuring maximum profitability and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- 8-10 years of experience as head of kitchen in a 4/5-star category hotel or individual restaurants with high standards.
- Basic spoken English to meet business needs.
- Up-to-date sanitation classes.
- Possess a valid health certificate.
- Proficient in an additional language.
- Knowledgeable in HACCP.
