Job Title: Senior Culinary Operations Manager

Job Description:

A senior culinary operations manager will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the hotel's kitchen. This role involves managing and leading a team to ensure efficient service delivery, high standards of food quality, and exceptional guest experiences.

  • Plan, prepare, and implement menus, recipes, and plating guides in all areas of the restaurant.
  • Work closely with the executive chef to develop and maintain high-quality food products, ensuring adherence to established standards and guidelines.
  • Maintain all HACCP aspects within the hotel operation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the kitchen, adhering to the highest possible standards.
  • Monitor and control food costs, ensuring maximum profitability and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • 8-10 years of experience as head of kitchen in a 4/5-star category hotel or individual restaurants with high standards.
  • Basic spoken English to meet business needs.
  • Up-to-date sanitation classes.
  • Possess a valid health certificate.
  • Proficient in an additional language.
  • Knowledgeable in HACCP.
