Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Culinary Trainer.

Key Deliverables:
  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for kitchen staff, focusing on food safety, operational efficiency, and quality control.
  2. Evaluate and improve menu items, cooking techniques, and presentation standards through sensory evaluations and feedback sessions.
  3. Analyze kitchen performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive improvement.
  4. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, progress, and challenges faced by the team.
Role Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement ongoing training initiatives on standard operating procedures (SOPs), food safety protocols, and best practices in culinary operations.
  2. Support new restaurant openings by providing expert training and coaching to ensure seamless integration with existing teams.
  3. Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development among team members, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted strategies to address them.
  4. Foster collaboration between operations, human resources, and other stakeholders to align training programs with organizational goals and objectives.
