Business Development Representative for US Companies

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to join our team and spearhead client acquisition efforts through cold calling in the US market.
The ideal candidate will connect with HR managers and decision-makers at US companies, promoting Vizonere's staffing services and building lasting business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to HR managers and company decision-makers in the US to introduce Vizonere's staffing services.
- Present Vizonere as a trusted staffing partner, explaining our services, processes, and value proposition effectively.
- Build rapport and maintain professionalism during calls to establish trust and generate business leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed assigned targets for lead generation and business acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (staffing or recruitment industry experience is a plus).
Language Proficiency: Strong command of US English with an excellent accent and communication skills.
Mandatory: Female candidates preferred.
Confidence in engaging with senior professionals and HR managers over the phone.
Ability to handle objections, think on your feet, and adapt to different client needs.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in approach.
