Lead Change Agent, HR Transformation

This is a unique opportunity to shape our people function and drive organisational change in a company that is driving long-term sustainability.

We are looking for a Lead Change Agent, HR who can be a catalyst for strategic transformation and help us strengthen our people function during this crucial phase. This role requires a strong background in HR operations, compliance, and payroll with experience working in lean teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support senior leaders in driving business outcomes through effective people initiatives.
  • Take ownership of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws) and employee relations.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, SOPs and appraisal systems aligned with business needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely HR documentation, databases and MIS reports.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees ensuring clarity, transparency and responsiveness.
  • Coordinate with external consultants, auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Provide analytical insights on workforce data to support informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of HR experience preferably in manufacturing, engineering or industrial environments.
  • Completed schooling in an English-medium environment with strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Bengali/Hindi will be considered an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance and payroll processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a lean team environment with high accountability.
  • Hands-on attitude with strong Excel and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable navigating change and helping establish new HR systems and processes.
  • Resilient, trustworthy and aligned with values of integrity, discipline and responsibility.
