Strategic IT Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled strategic leader to spearhead digital transformation initiatives across our manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with our business growth plans, driving innovation and excellence in all areas.
  • Pioneer digital transformation projects including Industry 4.0, IoT, process automation, and smart factory solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.
  • Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications (SAP S/4 HANA, HRMS, Robotics IT Systems, MES, SharePoint), guaranteeing maximum efficiency and reliability.
  • Maintain top-notch cybersecurity measures, ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001), disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  • Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR) to implement cutting-edge IT solutions, driving mutual success and growth.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing IT team, effectively managing vendors and service providers to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • No less than 15 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably with at least 5+ years in senior positions within manufacturing or automotive sectors.
  • Proven expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital transformation projects (IoT, RPA, AI, Cloud, Data Analytics).
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, and industry standards compliance.
  • Certifications like PMP, CISSP, ITIL, AWS-SAA are highly valued but not mandatory.
