Process Improvement Specialist

This role focuses on optimizing business processes to drive efficiency and productivity. We are seeking an experienced professional to analyze and improve our collections management process, reducing past due invoices and invalid deductions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of upstream and downstream collection/exception processes and experience working with SAP ERP systems. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with various departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and optimize the collections management process to reduce past due invoices and invalid deductions.
  • Research and resolve disputes/deductions in ERP systems.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Daily reporting of individual portfolios to track and monitor past dues.
  • Implement a collections strategy to reduce past due research and resolve issues to expedite all cases and avoid adverse customer impact.
  • Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to internal and external partner inquiries effectively and expertly.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and meaningful work experience.
  • Prior collections management experience is an added advantage.
