Drive Collections Success

We are seeking a talented Collections Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding accounts receivable for a leading US-based semiconductor manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collection on past due invoices and invalid deductions on allocated portfolios via email and phone calls
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly follow-ups on outstanding invoices
  • Work with the client's internal departments (billing, sales) to resolve disputes or payment delays
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and track promise-to-pay commitments
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of collection activities in the Oracle system
  • Evaluate performance against key metrics such as days sales outstanding (DSO) and cash flow projections
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce past due balances and improve cash flow

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
  • Excellent experience in collections, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle), and collection tools (e.g., High Radius)
  • Good understanding of AR processes, credit control, and DSO metrics
  • Able to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
