Senior Area Collections Manager Role

Job Overview:

The Senior Area Collections Manager will oversee collection operations for traditional portfolios in designated regions, ensuring that numbers and losses are managed effectively.

  • Manage team performance, maintaining adherence to established processes and procedures.
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team to drive business growth.
  • Optimize vendor distribution and management for the state, fostering strong relationships and driving cost savings.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key metrics, including team performance and vendor management.

In this role, you will be responsible for building a skilled and motivated team, developing strategies to improve collections and vendor management, and driving business results through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
