Job Overview:
We are partnering with a leading global consulting firm to drive sales growth for a building materials company. The firm is seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional to support the client's local sales team in designing and executing growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients' local sales teams in developing and implementing sales growth initiatives.
- Identify and activate growth levers in assigned priority markets.
- Develop sales tracking tools and performance dashboards using Excel.
- Brief senior leadership on sales performance using PowerPoint.
- Travel to client priority markets and collaborate closely with local teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the building materials sector (ceramics, tiles, etc.).
- Exposure to consumer goods sales and channel strategy will also be considered.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience in on-ground sales execution and distributor/channel engagement.
- Educational qualifications: top-tier MBA or Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
