Job Overview:

We are partnering with a leading global consulting firm to drive sales growth for a building materials company. The firm is seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional to support the client's local sales team in designing and executing growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients' local sales teams in developing and implementing sales growth initiatives.
  • Identify and activate growth levers in assigned priority markets.
  • Develop sales tracking tools and performance dashboards using Excel.
  • Brief senior leadership on sales performance using PowerPoint.
  • Travel to client priority markets and collaborate closely with local teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the building materials sector (ceramics, tiles, etc.).
