
Corporate Business Development Professional

We are seeking an experienced Business Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and building a well-diversified portfolio within the Corporate Banking segment.
The successful candidate will deliver results in accordance with the lending guidelines prescribed by the bank. Key responsibilities include:
- Source new business opportunities within the Corporate Banking segment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and cross-sell other products offered by the bank.
- Monitor and manage the portfolio to ensure timely renewals, compliance with credit standards, and adherence to strict KYC/AML requirements.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- 2 years of experience in Corporate Banking or a related field.
- Proven track record in asset business in the SME/Business Banking segment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or commerce, or MBA, CA.
Core Competencies:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Technical Competencies:
- Working capital finance knowledge.
