
Business Development Professional

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our business development efforts in the construction and infrastructure segment.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, meeting or exceeding sales volume and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate the market, expand customer base, and increase revenue.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions to present value-driven solutions, understand customer requirements, and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Negotiate pricing while ensuring adherence to internal pricing strategies and credit policies, maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Stay ahead of the competition through market studies, competitor analysis, and customer feedback, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer databases, providing timely updates on progress, pipeline, and market insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing or related field; MBA an advantage.
- 4 to 6 years of proven sales/business development experience in RMC, Aggregates, Cement, or Construction.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Client-centric approach with technical acumen, proficiency in MS Office and CRM/MIS tools.
