Job Title: District Programme Manager

About the Role

This is a leadership position responsible for managing resources, staff, and local partners to ensure the full offer of the Livelihood program is available to youth in the district.

The Programme Manager will lead a team delivering the Livelihood programme at district level and achieve targets at each stage of intervention.

  • Manage resources (budgets & centres), staff, and local partners.
  • Lead a team delivering the Livelihood program at district level.
  • Achieve targets at each stage of intervention.
  • Support frontline staff to complete comprehensive needs assessments.
  • Formulate personal development plans for each youth.
  • Provide high-quality career counselling and impartial information, advice, and guidance.
  • Ensure new starters receive a structured induction program.

Key Skills and Qualifications

This role requires strong leadership and management skills with experience of working with budgets, resources, and teams.

Candidates should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with local partners and stakeholders.
