Programme Director

We are igniting the AI revolution, establishing a new innovation hub in India, and hiring 3x Delivery Managers to lead programme execution and ensure world-class delivery of AI and GenAI solutions. These pivotal leadership roles will enable ambitious AI initiatives to move from strategy to execution at pace and scale.

You will work at the intersection of technology, product, and business, orchestrating delivery across engineering, data, and product teams. From day one, you will set delivery frameworks, drive programme governance, and lead high-impact initiatives that shape how financial services adopts AI globally.

• Location: Offices in Pune, India (with global collaboration across the US and UK)

The Role:

• Define and implement delivery frameworks, agile practices, and programme governance for AI and GenAI initiatives
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex AI programmes, from scoping to deployment and adoption
• Drive alignment between engineering, data, and product teams to ensure milestones, budgets, and outcomes are met
• Anticipate delivery risks and resolve blockers, ensuring projects scale on time and within scope
• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure that delivery outcomes align with commercial goals and customer impact
• Establish reporting structures, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress and communicate results to executive leadership
• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams, embedding a culture of delivery excellence across the innovation hub
