Key Account Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Representative to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial department.

Responsibilities:
  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for distributing invoices, processing accounts payable, and receiving payments.
  2. They will calculate routine commissions, interest, and payments for each transaction and create commission statements for closing.
  3. Utilizing office automated systems, the representative will input data and facilitate accounting tasks, generating basic financial reports and responding to inquiries.
  4. Maintenance of customer-specific program information and auditing orders will also be an essential part of this role.
  5. The representative will perform routine data entry, filing, and maintenance to support the department.
  6. A key responsibility will be verifying cost accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable records for accuracy.
Skill Requirements:

To succeed in this position, candidates must possess expertise in general accounting, bookkeeping, and IFRS. Experience with Tally ERP is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical skills.
