We are looking for an experienced Reservations Manager to oversee our end-to-end reservations process and create the foundation for growth.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Hotel Management and 3+ years of experience in reservations/front office in hospitality. Strong understanding of OTA extranets, PMS, and rate management is required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage reservations across OTAs, direct bookings, and offline channels.
- Handle guest communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate data on PMS and OTA extranets.
- Verify property listings and ensure rates, availability, and content are updated.
- Create SOPs, email templates, and booking process documents.
- Review guest communication for tone and accuracy.
- Coordinate with property managers for smooth check-ins and special requests.
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly booking and revenue reports.
