Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the front office, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel.

Your primary role will be to ensure that all front desk functions run smoothly and efficiently. This includes checking in and out guests, handling billing and payments, responding to inquiries, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

You will also be responsible for administering front office functions on a daily basis, including filling in duties as needed in case of absence or peak workload.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will be working closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day front office operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Administer front office functions, including check-ins/check-outs, billing, and responding to guest inquiries
  • Filling in duties as needed in case of absence or peak workload
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services

Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in a 4/5 star hotel
  • Degree in Hotel Management or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Negotiation and dispute resolution skills
