Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our front desk. As the primary point of contact for guests, you will create a welcoming and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and payment transactions
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments for guest requirements
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and other modes of guest communication
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
  • Promote hotel services, facilities, and upsell rooms or packages when appropriate
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (IDS, Opera, or equivalent)
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest concerns tactfully
  • Good grooming standards and professional appearance
