Business Growth Strategist
Job DescriptionThe role of a Business Growth Strategist revolves around executing bulk mailing campaigns to drive business growth. This involves designing and executing campaigns using various mailing tools and platforms. The primary goal is to enhance marketing impact through targeted mailing lists, high deliverability, response tracking, and campaign optimization.
To achieve this, the successful candidate will assist in executing digital marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional drives. They will collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and track campaign performance by preparing reports for management review.
This position requires strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for managing and analyzing data to gain actionable insights. Additionally, proficiency in mass mailing tools such as Mailchimp or Sendinblue, and familiarity with web/data scraping and list-building tools are essential.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. They should have 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, mass mailing, or data extraction roles to demonstrate expertise. Prior experience in recruitment, consulting, or HR industry will be an added advantage.
