Lead Maintenance Professional

A high-impact, strategic leader is required to oversee and direct the maintenance team in ensuring seamless operation of our plant.

About the Role:
  • You will report directly to the Plant Maintenance Manager and be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to strict safety protocols, and driving efficiency initiatives.
  • Leading a team of over 100 maintenance personnel, you will identify training needs, conduct performance assessments, and foster a culture of workplace safety.
  • Maintenance expertise includes equipment such as Pasteurisers, Separators, Bactofuge, Vacuum Pumps, DSI, High Pressure Pumps, Blowers, Fluid Bed, Sifter, Cheddar Master, Cooker, Boiler & Steam Network, Ammonia & Freon Based Refrigeration System, Compressed Air & Nitrogen Generation System, VAM, RO & UF, Sand & Carbon Filters, Pumps, DG Sets, Transformers etc.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and monitor maintenance budgets, set and enhance energy standards, identify and execute cost-saving strategies.
  • Implement and achieve plant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Productivity, Losses & Complaint Reduction, Specific Energy Consumption, Production Lines Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Improvement.
  • Liaison with Government Agencies like Factory Inspector, Local Administration.
