Job Description Senior Engineer Electrical Maintenance with C License Oragadam Chennai

10 to 18 Years Chennai

Roles and Responsibility

  1. Monitoring and Controlling the Maintenance activities like Preventive, Break down, Corrective and Conditioning based maintenance for TRANSFORMER, DG`s, MOTOR, UPS, BATTERY CHARGER, APFC (LT & HT), Electrical Panels.
  2. Electrical maintenance with Plastic Injection molding and Hydraulic Troubleshooting is must.
  3. PLC, HMI Programming & Troubleshooting (Siemens, Omron, Delta)
  4. Knowledge on troubleshooting on Electrical Circuits and VFD Panels
  5. Planning of preventive and predictive maintenance, adhering as per plan.
  6. Coordinating and Evaluating, Team with daily Maintenance activities
  7. Monitor and control Power consumption
  8. Design and implement ways to conserve energy, power, water etc and undertake measure to
  9. reduce wasteful consumption. Identify and Initiate intervention for cost control.
  10. To Prepare and Maintain ISO Audit Documents.
  11. Ensuring smooth Operation and maintenance of Cooling tower, Compressor, EOT cranes, Pumps, Boiler.
  12. Good Spoken in English and Tamil Must
