Job Overview

">">The Project Manager Operations Director will be the overall site in charge, ensuring that all deliverables are in accordance with specifications stated in the Contract and completed on schedule. This individual will be responsible for the quality of works produced by their team members and report to CUSTOMER on the progress of the assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Project Manager Operations Director will ensure the successful delivery of projects, aligning with customer expectations and contractual requirements.
  • He/She will lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to achieve project objectives.
  • This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • The Project Manager Operations Director will identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project continuity and minimizing delays.
  • Minimum qualification and experience: B degree in a relevant field, along with Additional relevant IT Certifications like ITIL & Microsoft/ Oracle/ CISCO etc, and post qualification experience of 12 years out of which at least 5 years shall be as a Team Leader.

Requirements:

  • B Tech/MCA/MBA/MSc from IT stream only from reputed institute with Additional relevant IT Certifications.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Team Leader.
