Electrical and Instrumentation Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Instrumentation professional to lead our maintenance activities for electrical, electronics, and instrumentation systems.

This is a senior role that requires expertise in maintaining machine panels, drive systems, SCADA, and other automation systems to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of plant operations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in machine panels, drive systems, SCADA, PLCs, and automation controls.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

You will also be responsible for coordinating with production and other departments to ensure smooth plant operations, maintaining accurate documentation of maintenance activities, breakdown analysis, and equipment history, and ensuring compliance with safety and statutory requirements.

A strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems, along with excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities, is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes and systems.
  • Train and develop maintenance team members on new technologies and best practices.
