Electrical Design Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to drive Master project electrical design work for hardware control panel design as per Global regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement EPLAN schematic designs using Electric P8 software v2.9 in compliance with IEC and ISO standards.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor EPLAN hardware projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively coordinate work activities and achieve project goals.
  • Work closely with Systems & Standards and Master Migration Team to ensure seamless project execution.
Technical Expertise:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and feature enhancement in hardware functions.
  • Implement Change Management for Master Hardware design-related activities, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Conduct technical training sessions to promote productivity, accuracy, and Quality, thereby enhancing employee skills and expertise.
  • Integrate EPLAN with PLM systems, streamlining project workflows and improving overall efficiency.
Project Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the Master Software and Master Documentation (D&S) team to execute Master Projects efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the Master, Operation, and NPD teams to ensure successful change control processes, meeting delivery requirements.
Professional Development:
  • Assess and address identified training needs, delivering results-oriented outcomes.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to resolve workplace problems related to expertise.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills and excellent communication skills.
