About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Architect to lead our team in designing and developing cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise-scale AI systems, including deep expertise in fine-tuning foundational models.

The successful applicant will be responsible for architecting GenAI solutions using large language models (LLMs) and advanced conversational AI frameworks. They will also be expected to fine-tune LLMs and sparse linear models (SLMs) using techniques like parameter-efficient transfer learning (PEFT), LoRA, and QLoRA for domain-specific use cases.

In addition, the Generative AI Architect will be responsible for building GenAI solutions using tools like Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph, and AutoGen. They will also lead the design and deployment of scalable AI solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, AI Platform, and Cloud Functions.

The position requires the ability to optimize model performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability within GCP environments. The successful candidate will also be responsible for integrating generative AI models into enterprise systems and applications, and implementing robust machine learning operations (MLOps) practices, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, or Applied Mathematics is required, along with 15-18 years of experience in software architecture and AI/ML systems. The ideal candidate will also have expert-level experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for deploying, monitoring, and optimizing AI workloads across cloud environments.

Proficiency in Python is essential, with deep knowledge of ML/DL frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow. The successful candidate will be able to evaluate model performance using relevant metrics and benchmarks, and iterate to improve outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, or Applied Mathematics.
  • 15–18 years of experience in software architecture and AI/ML systems.
  • Expert-level experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for deploying, monitoring, and optimizing AI workloads across cloud environments.
