Senior UI/UX Designer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our communication platform. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end design across mobile, web, and dashboards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing shipped products and detailed case studies. They will also have excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead UX/UI design across mobile, web, and dashboards
  • Simplify complex flows and systems for both consumer and enterprise users
  • Translate AI/ML security features into usable, human-centered interfaces
  • Define, build, and evolve design systems, UI kits, and reusable components
Requirements:
  • 8–12 years in UI/UX or product design (preferably in startups/SaaS)
  • Proven track record shipping both B2C products (consumer-facing apps at scale) and B2B platforms (dashboards, enterprise tools, telco/banking systems)
  • Experience designing and leading complex systems—dashboards, chat, calls, or fintech platforms
