Expert AI Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Expert AI Systems Specialist to join our team.

As an AI Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing core components of our chat infrastructure, including chat history storage and retrieval using SQL and vector databases. You will also be responsible for improving session management, context injection, and system performance.

You will work closely with the development team to design and manage robust chat session handling, including lifecycle management and session continuity. Additionally, you will enhance strategies for selecting and injecting relevant historical context into AI model prompts to improve response quality.

To succeed in this role, you must have expertise in Python & GenAI and be able to coach others. If you have a strong background in AI systems development and are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions, we encourage you to apply.

  • Job Requirements:
  • Design and implement AI chat systems to enhance and optimize existing chat infrastructure
  • Implement core components such as chat history storage and retrieval using SQL and vector databases
  • Improve session management, context injection, and system performance
  • Design and manage robust chat session handling, including lifecycle management and session continuity
  • Enhance strategies for selecting and injecting relevant historical context into AI model prompts to improve response quality
  • Optimize system performance to reduce latency and improve efficiency of chat interactions and related computations
  • Ability to coach others
