You will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions using the Azure + Power Platform stack, focusing on enterprise Market Management pilots.

  • Develop data ingestion pipelines using Fabric Dataflows Gen2 or ADF, landing in OneLake/ADLS, with scheduled refresh and incremental patterns.
  • Collaborate with AI Builder (Python/dbt) engineers to expose curated datasets, implement RLS, semantic models, and DAX measures.
  • Build Power BI pages: Market Map (territories/dealers/overlaps), Territory KPIs, Workflow Status; optimize refresh and performance (

    Key Requirements:

    • Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies shipping production workloads: Azure (ADLS/OneLake, ADF/Fabric), Power BI (Dataflows, DAX, RLS, Incremental Refresh), Power Automate/Logic Apps, Entra ID, Key Vault, Azure Monitor.
    • Strong data modeling and BI craftsmanship: star schemas, semantic layer design, DAX performance tuning.
    • Hands-on integration skills: secure file drops, APIs, connectors, gateways (hybrid/on-prem).
    • Security & governance mindset: RBAC, secrets, tenant policies, audit logs; bonus for Purview data catalog, DLP, and row-level consent patterns.
    • Ability to collaborate with Python/dbt engineers; proficiency in SQL; light familiarity with dbt a plus.
    • Track record delivering enterprise Power Platform solutions (workflow, approvals, Dataverse/SharePoint) with measurable impact.
    • Excellent communication skills—able to explain trade-offs to both engineers and business stakeholders.">
