Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical system and power electronics design activities, define architecture and system-level requirements, perform analysis on new architectures/products, ensure design and development meets certification standards & requirements, conduct designs/documents/test-plan reviews, establish scope and framework for standardization of integration processes and common tools identification, and prepare associated documentation for company records and design reviews.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Electrical system and power electronics design leadership
  • Architecture and system-level requirement definition
  • New architecture/product analysis and performance
  • Certification standards and design compliance
  • Design review and document management
  • Integration process standardization and tooling

Must Have Skills:

  • Expertise in power supply design, power converters, analog & digital control, MOSFETs/GaNs, gate driver circuitry, transformer/inductor design, etc.
  • Experience in multiple product development stages - circuit design, simulations & analysis, manufacturing and validation
  • Proficiency in modeling & simulation tools such as Spice, MATLAB / Simulink, PSIM and PCB Design tools such as Eagle/OrCad/Altium
  • Familiarity with Solar arrays/MPPT/Battery/BMS/Wiring Harness topics

Good to Have Skills:

  • Component level & system level certification and standards expertise
  • Aerospace/Automotive domain experience

Basic Requirement (education & relevant experience):

  • Bachelors/Masters (Electrical/Power Electronics/Equivalent)
  • 5+ years of experience
