Electrical Engineering Manager Role

We are seeking an accomplished electrical engineer to spearhead our product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, along with excellent technical skills and knowledge of mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop component specifications aligned with customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and approve engineering drawings for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with design teams to verify drawing accuracy.
  • Validate bill of materials (BOMs), datasheets, and 3D models.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure specification adherence.
  • Maintain component libraries in PLM or ERP systems.
  • Evaluate specifications against international standards (ISO, RoHS, REACH, etc.).
  • Communicate specification changes across departments.
  • Support new product introduction processes by participating in the design and review of new components.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of electrical and mechanical components.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
