Lead Territory Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to fill the role of Lead Territory Manager.

  • Own the Profit & Loss (P&L) of a micro territory within a larger geography, driving profitability through strategic decision-making and effective management.

This key position will oversee the daily Sales operations for the micro territory, ensuring the sales conversion funnel is optimized and delivering monthly targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, driving productivity and performance from a team of skilled business managers.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, focusing on maximizing revenue and minimizing costs.

As a seasoned leader, this individual will be responsible for building a highly motivated and trained team, capable of achieving exceptional results. They will work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives that drive success.

In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the P&L of a micro territory, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive profitability.
  • Manage a team of business managers, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and execute plans to optimize the sales conversion funnel, improving efficiency and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives that drive success.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or sales management, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
