Procurement Expertise - Oracle P2P Functional Consultant Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Expert with in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules and API management. The ideal candidate will drive innovation through Proof of Concept (PoC) projects for new features, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in configuring and supporting Oracle P2P modules, including Procurement, Supplier Management, and Requisitions. They will also provide techno-functional expertise on user access, roles, and permissions, as well as collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA), Product Management, and Business Stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues and providing Tier 2/3 support for Oracle Procurement and Supply Chain Management (SCM) workflows. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. **Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • 5+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Cloud Procurement (P2P) modules.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in managing master data related to Items, Suppliers, and Procurement Transactions.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud role-based access and user security configurations.
  • Proven experience working with QA and testing teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) phases.
  • Ability to understand integration points and troubleshoot end-to-end functional and technical issues.
