Procurement Expert Wanted

We are seeking an accomplished procurement expert to oversee our entire procurement process for indirect categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier performance monitoring process.
  • Develop and execute plans to deliver cost savings through effective supplier management.
  • Lead Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and supplier selection processes to ensure best-value solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to optimize business outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored procurement solutions.
  • Maintain supplier performance metrics and resolve issues related to quality, service, or delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the supplier base and reduce procurement risk.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams on budget alignment and contract terms.
  • Proactively monitor market trends to ensure optimal pricing and supply chain efficiency.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in procurement leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  2. Strong understanding of procurement principles, policies, and practices.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
