Job Title: Senior Coupa Specialist

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead procurement transformation initiatives, manage end-to-end implementation projects, and provide strategic guidance on optimizing Source-to-Pay processes.

 

The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in Coupa and SAP Ariba platforms. Key responsibilities include leading Coupa and Ariba implementation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with ERP systems, providing expert-level support and troubleshooting, conducting workshops and training sessions, analyzing business processes, and recommending improvements using Coupa/Ariba capabilities.

 

A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in procurement technology consulting is required, along with strong knowledge of procurement processes, S2P lifecycle, and integration tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential.

 

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred. MBA is an advantage.

  • Lead and manage Coupa and Ariba implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Coupa and Ariba modules (Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Contract Management, etc.).
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using Coupa/Ariba capabilities.
