Procurement Expert for Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay Solutions

As a procurement expert, you will have sound knowledge of procurement modules and hands-on experience in configuration and support. You will be responsible for implementing enhancements, changes, and fixing issues within the system.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay business processes and should have sound business knowledge in the procurement area. Experience working with various integration partners and third-party consultants is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Configuring procurement modules, including sourcing, contracts, procurement, invoicing, and expenses.
  2. Designing and architecting solutions for Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay business processes.
  3. Integrating procurement systems with ERP/middleware/third-party applications.
  4. Collaborating with Agile teams to create functional specs, source-to-target maps, and batch configuration documents.
  5. Working closely with business partners to incorporate sourcing, procurement, and invoicing requirements into implemented technical solutions.
